The first of 3 ingredients to a sustainable business is one very good, effective offer that people love to buy.
There are 2 big factors that you need to pay attention to when building a great offer.

Clarity

Potency
Clarity In Your Offer:
When you solve 8 different problems, people get confused.
Choose one main problem and make sure your audience knows “This is what I do.”
You gotta simplify.
Potency In Your Offer:
This means how much “torque” your offer has. It needs to be a “big solution to a big problem” instead of “small solution(s) to small problem(s).”
Action Steps on Ingredient #1:
Step 1: Choose one big problem and make sure people know you solve this one big problem.
Step 2: Put a lot of “torque” into your offer… It should feel powerful and big – a “big” solution to a “big” problem, not a small solution(s) to a small problem(s.)
Note: Most “BIG SOLUTIONS’ have less “stuff” than small solutions…
For instance, a 4-week offer can be “bigger” than a 12 month offer IF it’s solving a bigger problem.
Pro Tip:
Isolate what problem you are THE BEST at solving, and align that with the problems the market hates the most.

Paid: Attention that you generate in return for your money.
You can have the best product in the world.
You can be the best neurosurgeon.
But if nobody knows who you are, you will not make any money.
Nobody will buy from you if they know of you.
There are about a dozen ways you can generate quality attention without paying for traffic…
The best way to generate quality attention for your business is to become someone worthy of attention.
Ask yourself the question:
“Am I someone valuable enough for people to pay attention to?’
Do I show it?
Don’t be afraid to start sharing your value because you don’t have a huge audience yet.

A predictable way to turn “interested” onlookers into “paying clients (selling is the process of exchanging value for money and turning strangers into clients.)
Let’s say you have a good offer…
… and you are getting attention…
But those interested parties aren’t turning into clients….
You know what you have?
NOTHING.
You’re not gonna get the new house, new cars, or anything else just cause people are paying attention to you.
This is the #1 problem with just focusing on content.
At the end of the day, you need to get PAID.
PREDICTABLE SELLING is the process of exchanging value for money and turning onlookers into clients.
When you don’t know how to turn attention into revenue, you end up spending all your time on things that don’t translate to a larger bank account.
People might love you, but nothing changes in your financial situation. This is where experts burn out and give up.
When you have all three of these things in place (great offer, quality attention, sales chops) you can very quickly (almost scarily fast) bolster your impact, income and create dependable revenue almost any time you need it….
