test div 2

First you decide what you have and where you are, is no longer enough…

You get sick of what your “life” is.. and what it’s not. Nothing good ever happened without a pit in someone’s stomach that caused them to jump…

Ya gotta get sick and tired first to have the fuel to do something about it…

Then you embark on a journey of long hours and sacrifice.

Your friends think you’re crazy and many of them call you selfish. Most of your friends don’t make it through to the other side, their loss though, not yours…

Then the imbalance happens…

Before you weren’t doing a lot and you weren’t getting much in return. At least it was “fair”…

Now you’re putting in blood sweat and tears and you’re not reaping the rewards like you thought you would…

The early mornings haven’t made you rich.

The investments haven’t made you rich.

This is what I proudly call the “WTF” stage…

90% of you dip out.

“It doesn’t work” is how you justify it.

But truth is you’re just a quitter.

The other 10%… you are so afraid of irrelevance, of going back to what you hated and what got you going in the first place – you can’t quit…

You have to keep trying…

You don’t realize it at first.

In fact, you don’t realize it until someone asks you how you “did it.”

“Did what?” Is what you’ll think…

But people want to know how you “made it.”

You made it through the chasm…

The fuel that got you through was almost entirely based on “you” and “yours.”

  • your dreams
  • your family
  • your income

On the other side of the chasm, this isn’t fuel anymore…

It’s dead weight…

This is where 99% of the “lifestyle” connoisseurs get lost and stuck. They lose their drive and their power and they turn into “noise.”

Once your security is no longer your “driver” you must turn your attention to the rescue of others…

  • leadership
  • value
  • contribution

The fuel changes as the elevation changes.

What got you through roadblock 1-20 will most definitely fail you on roadblock 80 and 97 and 110…

The roadblocks never stop..

Only your REASONS can pull you through.

Your “drivers”.

And they must be strong enough to bat down every excuse for a “good enough” life…

What are your “reasons”?

Are they strong enough to pull you through the chasm?

Strong enough to make the hard decisions?

Strong enough to make you rich? To make your great grandkids rich?

… or will you settle for “good enough”?

Here’s your test.

When you’re ready, I will turn your reasons into riches.
